How do I log into the new website?

If you were a member of our old website, don't fret! You need to register again, but it's very simple. On the website homepage, click "Create an Account" pink button or click hereFill the form and select the option that says "Yes" you are a current customer. You will receive an automated email asking to send your credentials; however, if you have already done that with us in the past, there is no need to send documents again. We will analyze the request and you will receive a second automated email saying that your account has been activated.  

Account approval may take up to one business day

If you don’t receive the emails, please check your Spam inbox or contact us.

Why can’t I see prices on items?

Natali Products is a specialty wholesaler exclusive to industry professionals, so our prices are not available to the general public. Please login to view pricing, or create a new account.

How do I sign up as a member?

To sign up as a new member, you must create an account. Click “Log in/Register” at the top-right corner and a new page will show up. On the left side of the page under "New Customers" click "Create an Account" or click here. Please fill out your account information and click "Submit". Once submitted you will receive an email to the address provided along with instructions on how to proceed, and a link to our online policy pages. You will be requested to demonstrate proof of industry certification, business or schooling. Once your account is approved and activated, you will receive a second email with the confirmation and information on next steps.

I registered for an account, but I haven’t been able to log in. Is there something wrong?

We are only able to process registrations Monday through Friday during business hours. We process all registrations as quickly as possible! Account approval may take up to one business day.

If you have registered for an account but have not received an email, please check your Spam box or contact our Customer Service.

How can I reset my password?

If you forgot your password, click “Log in/Register” at the top-right corner and a new page will show up. Click "Forgot Your Password?", and there it will ask you to provide the email you used to register your account. If there is an account associated with the email provided, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Can I check or update my account?

You can view your information or update your account at any time. Click “Log in/Register” at the top-right corner and a new page will show up. Under "Registered Customers" you will enter your account information and click "Login". You will be able to check the status of your orders, verify or update addresses, edit any personal and/or business information, review products online and view our digital catalogue.

How can I place orders?

You can place orders online, by phone or fax, and you can also visit our showroom!
